Cause
Incorrect specification in configuration file.

Diagnosing The Problem
Review server task output and check for the following message:
CEE3201S The system detected an operation exception (System Completion
Code=0C1).
From entry point ap_add_module at compile unit offset -3725
C570 at entry offset -3725C570 at address 00000000.
Possible Bad Branch: Statement: Offset:
+000002BC
Resolving The Problem
Ensure the HTTP server configuration file contains:
LoadModule icm_rm_module /products_shared/dvpss/bin/icmmasct.so
and not
LoadModule icm_rm_module /products_shared/dvpss/bin/icmmosct.so
