Check both the STEPLIB Contactenation, or the Linklist or dynamic LPA is defined correctly and includes the ICMMLOD2 load lib.

Resolving The Problem

There is a few possible causes of this error. All are configuration releated as the shipped module was fine.

1 - Make sure the attributes for ICMMVACT are correct this includes the permissions and the Sticky Bit is defined as a 1.

2 - If using HFS for ICMMVACT and its libraries, make sure they are AFP authorized and are present. If the the dataset/library is not found or not available you will get the ceestart csect not found.

3 - In the ICMENVP if invalid or incorrect substitution values for path name can cause a load failure also.
