The first part of the username is created from Name under system settings. Where does the second part of the username (the part after the '-') come from?
Answer
SYSTEM_PROD_DATA.SysInfoSerialNum populate the email address username, in this case both fields have similar information. IMM.IMMInfo_Name can be modified to a name of your choosing, but you will always have the system serial number attached at the end of the sender address.
