Abstract:
IBM Security Network Protection (XGS)
Interim Fix version: IF0001
Applicable versions: 5.3.1.1
Problems resolved:
- Disables Rollback for fixpacks as it is not currently supported.
- Updates NTP package and adds ntpd.slewmode.enabled parameter to allow
the usage of slew mode when ntpd is enabled, default value is false.
Modules impacted:
- ntpd, mesa_config
Known Issues:
There are no known issues with this patch.
Notes:
- After applying fixpack, a reboot is required for the changes made by the fixpack to apply
- Clear the browser cache on any browsers used to manage the appliance.
- If the Event Id GLGSY0038W appears in your System Events Event Log, then
the operating system is experiencing a temporary failure. However, the
appliance is still protecting your network. Contact IBM Support for
assistance.
