Troubleshooting
Problem
When trying to launch Cognos Administration from within Maximo Report Administration Application - it gives an error:
Symptom
"Log on - the provided credentials are invalid"
Cause
The mxcognosdatasources.properties has incorrect credentials.
Environment
Maximo 7.6 with Cognos
Diagnosing The Problem
Edit the mxcognosdatasources.properties.
Check each property value for spaces at the end of the line.
Resolving The Problem
Remove the spaces and save the file.
