Problem
It is not possible to record Java methods using the Java Agent from IBM Rational Integration Test Contol Panel (RTCP)
Symptom
- You are unable to record Java methods.
- You cannot see the Java Agent registering with IBM Rational Test Control Panel (RTCP)
Resolving The Problem
Refer to the Recording Java method calls section of the Rational Integration Tester Knowledge Center in conjunction with this technote.

The Knowledge Center pages will assist with detailed configuration information such as the settings required in the Agent registration.xml file.
Note that for versions before 8.7, the Java Agent is found in the Rational Integration Tester Platform Pack (RIT-Platform).
