Troubleshooting
Problem
After creating a second organization, you cannot delete the secondary organization.
Resolving The Problem
Workaround:
- In the administrative console, delete all the users in the second organization (via Manage Users).
- Delete the LDAP entry for the second organization and its subordinates.
- Restart the IBM Security Privileged Identity Manager Server to clear the LDAP cache.
- When you log back on to the administrative console, the secondary organization is removed.
