Unable to delete secondary organization

Troubleshooting


Problem

After creating a second organization, you cannot delete the secondary organization.

Resolving The Problem

Workaround:

  1. In the administrative console, delete all the users in the second organization (via Manage Users).
  2. Delete the LDAP entry for the second organization and its subordinates.
  3. Restart the IBM Security Privileged Identity Manager Server to clear the LDAP cache.
  4. When you log back on to the administrative console, the secondary organization is removed.
