Service Bulletin 181: Updated FTP address for data uploads to ECuRep

Preventive Service Planning

Abstract

This service bulletin contains information about a change to the FTP domain name server (DNS) address that you use to send supporting information to the Customer Data Repository (ECuRep).

Content

The DNS name ftp.emea.ibm.com was removed from the server. When you send dumps, listings, console logs, or other supporting information for a TPF Problem Management Report (PMR) or Electronic Tracking Record (ETR), use FTP to send them to ftp.ecurep.ibm.com.

For more information about how to upload data to ECuRep, see the Send data page on the ECuRep website.

If you keep your own documentation, ensure that you change any references to go to the external ECuRep web page.

If you have any questions about this change, contact your IBM customer service representative or TPFQA@us.ibm.com.
