Problem
IBM Rational ClearQuest configuration of Crystal Reports is not able to complete due to configureJRC.sh file is missing.
Symptom
IBM Rational ClearQuest configuration of Crystal Reports version 11 is not able to complete due to configureJRC.sh file is missing from:
<InstallDir>/cqweb/cqwebprofile/installedApps/dfltCell/RationalClearQuestWebReport.ear/CQWebReportModule.war
Environment
Unix systems using IBM Rational ClearQuest version 8.0.0.11 configuring Crystal Reports version 11 or earlier.
Resolving The Problem
To resolve this problem follow the next steps:
- Get the FixPack for ClearQuest version 8.0.1.4 or 8.0.0.10, you can download them from IBM Fix Central.
- Go to:
<FixPackDir>/native/ - Unzip the file
CQ.Reporting.Crystal.<os>_<version>.zip - Open it and go to
clearquest/cqweb/apps/ - Unzip the file
cqwebreport.ear - Open it and unzip the file
CQWebReportModule.war - Copy the file
configureJRC.shto the directory<InstallDir>/cqweb/cqwebprofile/installedApps/dfltCell/RationalClearQuestWebReport.ear/CQWebReportModule.war
With the
configureJRC.sh file in place, the configuration of ClearQuest Crystal Reports is now able to complete.
