Problem
Attempts to view localized data using IBM Eclipse designer for Birt does not work.
Symptom
The report development guide discusses how to test Localized labels in the report design tool (Eclipse). However, there are no instructions on how to see the localized data.
Cause
This is due to the way localized data is obtained and it requires Maximo. You must be logged in through Maximo in order to test localized data
