Is there a reason why the Job Plan status history from Maximo 7.1 is not being recorded in 7.5?

New Functionality introduced in 7.5.0.x version.
Answer
In Maximo 7.5, a new functionality was added: Job Plan status history. This gives Maximo the ability to store every status change variation.
Every time the user changes the status of a Job Plan; eg from DRAFT to CLOSED, a new record is created and stored into the PLUSCJPSTATUS table.
In Maximo 7.1, this feature was not available so every time the user changed a status, this information was not stored.
When a job plan is created under 7.1 and is transferred to the 7.5.x version, there is no information about the status history and thus the field will not get populated. This is normal expected behaviour.
