The removal of deleted artifacts is not being performed if the C&DS repository is housed within a DB2 database.

DESCRIPTION:
Resource Maintenance Framework is a feature of Collaboration and Deployment Services that performs artifact cleanup in the background without overtaxing the system. For example, when artifacts are deleted from the repository via Deployment Manager client, the actual removal of the objects will be queued, and performed at a time when the system can handle the extra processing.
Due to a defect of the Data Direct DB2 driver that is shipped with C&DS, the removal of these deleted artifacts is not being performed - attempts would result in an 'Invalid Column Name' error. As a result, the size of the repository will not be reduced and could lead to performance issues. Please see PI21465 for additional details.

have been released to address this problem.
