IBM Case Manager 5.1.1.x support for Firefox 24 ESR and Internet Explorer 10

Abstract

IBM Case Manager 5.1.1.x has added support for Firefox version 24 ESR and Internet Explorer version 10.

Content

The minimum prerequisites to support the browser versions Firefox 24 ESR and Internet Explorer 10 are as follows:

    • For the Case Manager 5.1.1.x release, 5.1.1.2-ICM-IF002, and
    • For Business Space powered by WebSphere, BSpace 7.5.1.2 iFix 001
Both of these updates are required to support the browser version. Apply the updates in the following order:
    1. Update IBM Case Manager 5.1.1.x to the 5.1.1.2-ICM-FP002 Fix Pack.
    2. Apply the 5.1.1.2-ICM-IF002 Interim Fix, or later release.
    3. Apply the Business Space 7.5.1.2 iFix 001 Interim Fix, or later release.

IBM Case Manager 5.1.1.x does not work with versions above Internet Explorer 10. However, IBM Case Manager 5.1.1.x might work with versions later than FireFox 24 ESR and you can get this information in Readme file of the respective version.
