Problem
A cube-to-cube drill process will work the first time it is used in TM1 Application Web, but subsequent drill attempts will return the same value as the first drill.
Cause
All drills work as expected in Perpectives/Architect/TM1 Web, but not in Application Web, and it is not expected to work in TM1 Application Web.. This is due to the synchronizing/caching of the subset, which is done behind the scenes.
Resolving The Problem
An enhancement has been logged requesting that it function the same way it does in the other TM1 clients. Watch fix lists for new versions to see if this change has been implemented.
One work-around would be to use a drill-through to an ODBC source, if that is feasible, as the ODBC drill works as expected because the caching mechanism is different.
Another work-around would be to make the row dimension a context (title) dimension instead of a row dimension in the drill-through view.
