Adding the 'My Recent Applications' System Property in Maximo 7.5.

I need to control the amount of listings for 'My Recent Applications'

Answer

To add the 'My Recent Applications' System Property enable/disable and control the amount of listings, please do the following:

1) Go To – System Configuration – Platform Configuration – System Properties – click on the New Row and add the following information

Property Name: webclient.maxRecentApps
Description: Specifies the number of applications that appear in the My Recent Applications list
Global Value: 8
Maximo Default: 8
Online Changes Allowed? CHECKED
Live Refresh? CHECKED

Click on Save.

2) Click on Save. Click on the checkbox beside the 'webclient.maxRecentApps' – click on the 'Live Refresh'

3) Within the 'Live Refresh' click on Ok. The property will now be updated
