Question

Where can I find information about creating or editing an HTTP endpoint to create an HTTPS connection?

Answer

Determine whether HTTP endpoint is a server or client. Configured at the Location field:
  • Integration Appliance Receives Request: Creating this endpoint as server.
  • Remote Server: Creating this endpoint as client.
 
Configuring HTTP endpoint as Details
Server
End-entity certificates and private keys need to be imported into the keystore.
The Server "Certificate Alias Name", which is imported keystore is selected as the "Server Certificate Alias Name" at HTTPS option.
Client
Connects to remote server with HTTPS connection.
Confirm that root certificate authority certificates or intermediate certificates that guarantee remote server are contained in truststore.
If it is included, there is no required action in here.
If not, you have to import the target root certificates of certificate authority certificates or intermediate certificates.
