Problem
This document will assist you in collecting the data necessary to diagnose and resolve issues with the IBM Rational Quality Manager (RQM) or Rational Team Concert (RTC) OSLC Integration with Rational DOORS.
Cause
You are having issues with the RQM or RTC OSLC Integration with DOORS. Here is some basic configuration data to collect. This will help to establish the settings for the integration.
This MustGather will assist you in collecting the data necessary to help you diagnose and resolve the issue. If you are unable to determine the root cause using the information collected, you should open a PMR with IBM Rational Support for further investigation providing the data collected.
Resolving The Problem
You can use the IBM Support Assistant Lite (ISA Lite) Data Collector tool to quickly collect diagnostic files, such as log files, configuration files or to run traces. This tool is bundled with IBM Rational Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) 4.x and above. ISA Lite collects information about your Jazz Team Server environment and stores the information in a .zip archive file. If you have a need to open a service request with IBM Rational Support for further assistance, you can send the archive file with the data collection so that they can help diagnose and fix problems.
The information below should be gathered in addition to the normal information and log gathering done by ISA Lite.

Rational Quality Manager Configuration
- Take a screen shot at the following URL logging in to RQM as a user in the JazzAdmins group: at: .../qm/admin > Friends (Outbound) showing the DOORS friend
- Take a screen shot under the same menu Communication > Consumers (Inbound)
- Go to the Project Area section Manage Project Properties
In the Association section, click on the DOORS Artifact Container for this project area.

Rational Team Concert Configuration
- Take a screen shot at the following URL logging in to RTC as a user in JazzAdmins group: at: .../ccm/admin > Friends (Outbound) showing the DOORS friend
- Take a screen shot under same menu Communication > Consumers (Inbound)
- Go to the Project Area section Manage Project Properties
In the Association section, click on the DOORS Artifact Container for this project area.

Rational DOORS Configuration
- In the DOORS Database Properties, go to the General Tab which has the URL for the configuration:
- Login to Rational DOORS as the Administrator user.
- Select the DOORS database in the left pane and click File > Properties.
- Click the General Tab

- Login to Rational DOORS as the Administrator user.
- Select the DOORS database in the left pane and click File > Properties.
- Click the Remote Services tab - take a screen shot
- Click the Local Key tab - take a screen shot
- Send in the exact command used in this DOORS environment to enable the Data Change Notification and Redirector URL.
This is the dbadmin command that specifies the DOORS server and DWA configuration.
If the dbadmin command is ever run in a batch script, send that script in too.
- Send in the DOORS festival.xml file for this environment:
Go to the <DWA install directory>\server\festival\config directory
- Get the doorsRedirector.properties file
Go to the <DWA install directory>\server\festival\config folder.
Note: The festival.xml file URL properties must match the dbadmin command settings.
It is not possible to set the port to null for the dbadmin command.
- Describe the detailed steps you are taking leading up to the problem and take a screen shot of any errors or messages you encounter.
