Problem
Oracle DB Only. This can occur on Multi language environments where Text Search is enabled and LANGCOLUMNNAME is null in the target environment after enabling E-Audit.
Symptom
When deploying a package DATADICTIONARY, the deployment fails with MIGRATION MANAGER - BMXAA5617E WHEN TEXT SEARCH IS ENABLED, A LANGUAGE COLUMN NAME MUST BE SPECIFIED.
Cause
This has been identified as a product defect under APAR IV47303
Resolving The Problem
Workaround is to run update to MAXTABLE to set LANGCOLUMNNAME = LANGCODE for the object(s) that you deploying
