Question

How can I get the current versions of the FastBack Client and Server, FastBack for BMR, and FastBack for Exchange applications?

Answer

A. Get the user name and password your staff uses to download licensed software from IBM.
B. Open a web browser and go to http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/
C. Select the following options:

Product Group > Tivoli
Product > Tivoli Storage Manager FastBack
Installed Version > (Select the currently installed version.)
Platform > All
Continue
Continue
fix pack: (Select the version you want to download.)
Continue

D. Sign in with the user name and password from Step A.
E. Download the software.
