What method can be used to determine the eWAS version and bitness (32-bit or 64-bit) of a WebGUI installation ?
Answer
WebGUI runs on top of Tivoli Integrated Portal (TIP) which uses eWAS (embedded WebSphere Aplication Server). The listUI.sh|bat can be used to determine the eWAS version (but not the bitness), however, listIU.sh|bat output may not be accurate if there's any corruption on Deployment Engine (DE) component.
As such, run versionInfo.sh|bat under <TIPHOME>/bin directory to determine the correct installed version information.
Sample output below was taken on a Solaris environment:
