Problem
Error message: BMXAA3206E - PM ABC12345 has unsaved modifications and cannot generate work orders.

Resolving The Problem
If the PM work order generation crontask job attempts to pull too many records, there may be a performance problem and the server could run out of resources.
It is possible to limit the number of records pulled by entering a WHERE CLAUSE in the PM options under the "Select Action" menu in the Organizations application. In this case the PM work order generation crontask will work fine.
