Routing a Work Flow Record From Interaction Node

Question

Is there a reason I receive an error that the process will be canceled while using an interaction node?

Answer

Currently in Maximo when in an Interaction Node and routing a record and then trying to leave the current tab one may receive an error of "BMXAA2302E- Doing the will cancel the Workflow Interaction". Please note that when using an Interaction node we are required to press the route button twice, once to enter the node and to leave the node. If we only route into the node and then try and press the list tab you will receive the warning message that your interaction will be canceled. The user needs to press the workflow route button again to start the workflow to progress to the next step. A message can be added that advises that the workflow route button has to be pressed so the record can continue on in the process. Attached are detailed steps on how to implement this user message:
