Problem
There is a limitation when sending email using 64-bit Internet Explorer 9 with IBM JRE 1.7.0 GA.
Symptom
64-bit Internet Explorer 9 does not work with IBM JRE 1.7.0 GA for the Send Email action. Use the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer 9 or upgrade to IBM JRE 7.0 SR1.
This is a limitation of the support between the browser and JRE provider. Support between the browser and JRE provider is made by the JRE provider, not by IBM Content Navigator. For more information, refer to the IBM/Sun and Microsoft/Mozilla statement of support.
