Are there any special database collation settings required when deploying with Microsoft SQL Server?
Answer
Microsoft SQL Server database collation settings must be set to the following options:
* Dictionary order
* Case-insensitive
* For use with 1252 Character set
Only the collation settings for the database are required to be updated.
