Getting error in the log - No available router to destination- when installing Collaboration & Deployment Services 4.2 with Weblogic application server ----------------------- Feb 03 2011 04:07:47 ERROR: Deploy Tool: step: Process Deployables: Exception /opt/sources/SPSS/Collaboration_and_Deployment_Services/4.2/Server/setup/deploy.xml:378: The following error occurred while executing this line: /opt/sources/SPSS/Collaboration_and_Deployment_Services/4.2/Server/setup/deploy-weblogic-11g.xml:206: Failed to connect to the server: javax.naming.CommunicationException [Root exception is java.net.ConnectException: t3://tppmip01.preprod.org:7010: Destination unreachable; nested exception is: j ava.net.ConnectException: Connection refused; No available router to destination]

Resolving The Problem

Please verify the following:
1. Check if the password for the CADS admin is correct.
2. Grant ALTER SESSION rights to the Oracle User used to install CADS.
