使用IBM提供的工具“IBM Support Assistant”进行诊断信息的自动收集
您可以使用工具自动收集Windows和UNIX/Linux平台上所需要收集的关于ClearQuest 7.0.x的诊断信息数据.
如果您想使用这种方式，需要下载软件“IBM Support Assistant Lite”的支持ClearQuest 7.0.x的版本。

这个工具将基于所定义要收集的诊断信息数据，按照下面的规则自动收集相关数据：
Rational ClearQuest Web General Collector - No Service Restart: 收集那些诊断信息数据但不启用跟踪功能。

启用 ClearQuest核心跟踪功能.
在UNIX上启用核心跟踪功能,需要修改文件start_cqreg.sh,这个文件在目录/opt/rational/clearquest/cqweb/cqregsvr下.

如果您指定了不同的安装目录, 请您修改文件文件时按您指定的安装路径赋相应的值给参数CQ_DIAG_OUTPUT
如果您运行ClearQuest Web组件在不同的服务器，请在ClearQuest的注册服务器上启用跟踪功能。
移除以前生成的所有日志文件
在下面的目录里：
<install dir>/Rational/common/rwp/logs
<install dir>/Rational/ClearQuest/cqweb/cqserver/logs
<install dir>/Rational/ClearQuest/cqweb/cqregsvr/logs
删除所有已存在的ClearQuest跟踪日志文件（它应该在目录<install dir>/Rational/ClearQuest/cqweb/cqregsvr/logs下）
编辑下面文件:
<install dir>/Rational/ClearQuest/cqweb/cqserver/config/logging.xml
<install dir>/Rational/ClearQuest/cqweb/cqregsvr/config/logging.xml
<install dir>/Rational/Common/rwp/webapps/cqweb/WEB-INF/classes/logging.xml
对每一个文件，在文件的开头，有一个赋给"logger level"的值。请把默认值"Severe"改成"Debug"并保存。
重起服务:
运行 rwp_startup.sh, 该脚本在目录 <install dir>/Rational/common/rwp/bin下
运行 cqserver_startup.sh, 该脚本在目录 <install dir>/Rational/clearquest/cqweb下
在ClearQuest Web上重现错误，之后注销。
再次停掉服务：
运行 "rwp_shutdown.sh", 该脚本在目录 <install dir>/Rational/common/rwp/bin下
运行 "cqserver_shutdown.sh", 该脚本在目录 <install dir>/Rational/clearquest/cqweb下
在下面的目录里收集日志文件
<install dir>/Rational/common/rwp/logs
<install dir>/Rational/ClearQuest/cqweb/cqserver/logs
<install dir>/Rational/ClearQuest/cqweb/cqregsvr/logs
也请收集ClearQuest跟踪日志文件（应该在目录<install dir>/Rational/ClearQuest/cqweb/cqregsvr/下），并且把所有的日志文件压缩到一个ZIP或TAR文件中。
禁用ClearQuest核心跟踪功能.
删除下面目录中的所有日志文件
<install dir>/Rational/common/rwp/logs
<install dir>/Rational/ClearQuest/cqweb/cqserver/logs
<install dir>/Rational/ClearQuest/cqweb/cqregsvr/logs
和ClearQuest跟踪的日志文件(它应该在目录<install dir>/Rational/ClearQuest/cqweb/cqregsvr/logs下)
您的ZIP或TAR文件里应该有它们备份，所以您不需要它们了。
编辑下面的文件:
<install dir>/Rational/ClearQuest/cqweb/cqserver/config/logging.xml

<install dir>/Rational/Common/rwp/webapps/cqweb/WEB-INF/classes/logging.xml
