Troubleshooting
Problem
This technote describes the ITCAM for Application Diagnostics (ITCAMfAD) Managing Server documentation required for problem determination.
Resolving The Problem
Collect the documentation as described below for use in problem determination when one of the following issues occurs:

The following script collects system info, ITCAM doc, and WebSphere documentation.
Note: The ID under which the script is run must have read access to the ITCAM and WebSphere files and directories.
Windows (must be run in a Korn Shell)
