SQL0805N Package "NULLID.SQLC2G13" Error during SQL import in DB2 Version 9.5

Problem

While attempting an SQL import you might encounter the error; SQL0805N Package "NULLID.SQLC2G13" was not found.

Symptom

During execution of an import from a DB2 for Linux, Unix and Windows Version 8.1 client you may encounter the error:
DB21034E The command was processed as an SQL statement because it was not a valid Command Line Processor command. During SQL processing it returned:
SQL0805N Package "NULLID.SQLC2G13 0X41414141414E4758" was not found.
SQLSTATE=51002 7 0

Cause

The package NULLID.SQLC2G13 is missing from the database.

Resolving The Problem

To resolve the SQL0805N error, bind the file db2ubind.lst found in sqllib/bnd directory, from the client machine not the server, using the command:


    db2 bind @db2ubind.lst blocking all grant public
