Should migrating to WebSphere Partner Gateway V6.2 not be feasible anytime soon, you may purchase a Software Support Extension from IBM for WebSphere Partner Gateway V6.0 for up to three years.
Contact your IBM marketing representative for purchase details. Should you not know the name and/or contact information of your IBM marketing representative, you may call IBM TCS (Teleweb Customer Support) at 1-888-746-7426, and then choose option 3 from the voice prompts. Ask the operator for assistance in getting the name and contact information for your marketing representative, as you need to inquire about purchasing a Software Support Extension for WebSphere Partner Gateway V6.0. The operator will ask you for your company name, customer number, and your geography location (city and state) before your IBM marketing representative can be identified.
Please open a new PMR to contact WebSphere Partner Gateway support center if the above method of retrieving IBM marketing representative is not accessible to you.
