Error 'Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation' and 'identifier 'USP_PUSHXKONFIG' must be declared ' when launching Controller after Oracle restore

Cause

Oracle schema sxport (DMP file) did not contain all the required information. Specifically, it did not contain the stored procedures(s) (for example 'USP_PUSHXKONFIG') that are required for Controller to run. Therefore, when it was imported, there was missing required information.

Resolving The Problem

Perform a new Oracle schema export to create a valid DMP file. Afterwards, import this valid DMP file.
