Troubleshooting
Problem
Unable to run a Table-only publish for one application when user annotations is selected. All other publishes for different applications are successful.
Symptom
Following error message displayed in the error details of the Job Management screen for the application:

In the planningerrorlog.csv file, the following error is listed:
"Subscript out of range"
Cause
Annotations added by users contained illegal characters
Diagnosing The Problem
Test to see whether the publish works when user annotations is not selected for the publish
Resolving The Problem
Remove annotations which contain illegal characters and re-run the publish.
