Unable to create a folder/group/role under namespace Cognos as it seems it already exists although is not displayed. "Show hidden objects" is selected for the user.
When you try to create a folder/group/role the error is "The name xxxx already exists. You can enter a new name for the entry", replace option will not be offered.
A data source with the same name already exists in this system. This causes the creation of the folder/group/role to fail.

Rename the data source or use another name for the folder/group/role.
