When trying to open the catalog, the following error is returned: [
ORA-01019:Unable to allocate memory in the user side
]
Resolving The Problem
This issue may be due to having multiple versions of Oracle on the computer with the incorrect version being used. Check the ORACLE_HOME key in the registry and see where it is pointing. For example, changing the ORANT815 to ORANT92 could resolve this issue.
