Effective with version 7.1 IBM Rational ClearCase LT will no longer be available and support for version 7.0 was discontinued as of April 30, 2010.

IBM Rational ClearCase LT clients who wish to upgrade to version 7.1 should download and install Rational ClearCase version 7.1 (the full-featured ClearCase version).
