Troubleshooting
Problem
The Report Server for ClearQuest, which is included with ClearQuest 7.1, supports running BIRT version 2.2.2 compatible reports. For Eclipse 3.4, the default BIRT version is BIRT version 2.3, which is not compatible with the Report Server for ClearQuest. Users of Eclipse 3.4 can load the ClearQuest Reporting Driver and use it to build reports. However, running these reports is not currently supported by the Report Server for ClearQuest.
Symptom

Create reports using Eclipse 3.3.x
