How do you reset the Rational ClearCase (Atria) License Usage Statistics reported by clearlicense in the IBM Rational ClearCase (CC)?
Answer
The Rational ClearCase (Atria) License Usage Statistics contains information of the licensing activities since the license server was last started. It is a thread generated by the albd_server.
To reset the following clearlicense license usage statistics, you must stop and start the albd_server, which will stop/start the Rational ClearCase processes.
- licenses revoked since last start of period <date>
- license requests denied
- active users bumped by preferred user
