This technote provides a script to do simple resource usage monitoring for troubleshooting problems with ibmslapd on Windows.
Answer
To use this script, download it, unzip it, and run it like the following from a cmd.exe window:
monitor <delay>
where <delay> is the delay in seconds between monitoring cycles. The standard value to provide is 300, or five minutes.
The script writes the output to a file called monitor.txt in the same directory.
Killing the script can be done by issuing a control-c in the shell in which this script is running.
Run this script when requested by Support, and zip up the monitor.txt file and send to Support.
