Resolving The Problem
Error when doing a content search in CS:
Runtime Error! Program C:\Windows\explorer.exe abnormal program termination. Detailed Description:
When executing a find of documents added by userid in Content Services, the user was getting the error message:
Command error Syntax Error at line 1 'from': parse error.
Also, if the user signed-on to a CS library in Filenet Neighborhood, they would get the following error when double-clicking a folder:
Runtime Error! Program C:\Windows\explorer.exe abnormal program termination.
NOTE:
The log file found at C:\Program Files\Filenet\FNSW\Client\logs\client_logs contains the following
2005/03/01 09:18:16.003 <a129943> C:\WINDOWS\Explorer.EXE (928.2208 0x3a0.8a0)
Aborting due to Exception Code 0xc0000005
Resolution:
ODBC config issue for Oracle: Modify the parameter (Check the box) "SQLDescribeCol always returns a value for precision".
