Error description

• This configuration was introduced at 2.4.0.2 IFIX 1.
  Having checked the documentation for IFIX1 it is not
  clear that °Workaroundsé is required. Here is the
  extract from the documentation:

  'If there are multiple nova-compute services running in the
  environment, need to modify all of them.
  <sudo> - Open all nova conf files and add one line
  destroy_after_evacuate=False at the end of all of them. '
  .
  The ICO documentation is not correct: nova configuration
  file should be:
  .
  &#176;workarounds&#233;
  destroy_after_evacuate=False
  .
  Notice the destroy_after_evacuate must be in a section
  named workarounds.
  .
  This will prevent deletion of "moved" workloads.
