ICO 2.4.0.2 IFIX 1
I am trying to upgrade to ICO2.4 FP3 but it appears to have hung
 whilst
upgrading CS2.

Found following error in DS engine log:

Problem solved having ICO started before the upgrade, instead
the upgrade documentation
says ICO should be stopped.
