Error description

• I attached a volume/disk and indicated to format and mount
  The disk was formatted and mounted

  Then I detached the volume/disk /dev/sdc1 (mounted in
  /mnt/prmtst),  but the /etc/fstab was not cleaned.  The entry
  for the disk remains in the file.
  
  There is no removal of these entry in the umount_file_system.sh
  The umount_file_system.sh needs to be fixed to remove entries
  from the  /etc/fstab
  
  
  
  but the /etc/fstab was not cleaned, the entry for the disk
  remain in
  the file
