  use of Alias Interfaces

  * USERS AFFECTED: Users attempting to install ICO 2.4.x using
  alias interfaces

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The DS wizard currently allows users to
  attempt to install ICO 2.4.x using alias interfaces which is
  currently not supported by openstack icehouse

Problem conclusion

• The DS wizard now checks for the existance of alias interfaces
  before installation begins and will inform the user that their
  configuration is not correct
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in ICO 2.4 FP 3
