Error description

• Opening Documentation APAR in relation to using unique
  dbnames for multiples of the same type of hypervisor
  using the sharedb and extdb topologies
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: All ICO 2.4.x installs that use sharedb or
  extdb
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The default db user names for the individual hypervisors are
  static, novavmw is the default nova db user name on a vmware
  Region server, if using a
  sharedb or extdb using the defaults the second vmware Region
  installation will fail as the db user names need to be unique
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• Documentation updated to state that if using sharedb or extdb
  the db user names for the components on the new Region server to
  be installed must be both unique and less than 8 characters
