APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• While using a self service offering created by the provided
  services to delete a heat stack the processing will stuck and
  is not usable.
  

Local fix

• The provided delete action can be used. i.e. Menu assigned
  resources -> select stacks icon, select the stack to be deleted
  and select the delete action.

  * USERS AFFECTED:
  All users of IBM Cloud Orchestrator 2.4 using SCOrchestrator
  Heat Support Toolkit (SCOHEAT) wants to create and use "Delete
  Heat Stack" services for self service offering.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  While processing the request to display list the region related
  heat stacks for selection the human service processing ends with
  error.

  * RECOMMENDATION:
  Apply IBM Cloud Orchestrator 2.4 Fixpack 3 when available.
  

Problem conclusion

• The SCOrchestrator Heat Support Toolkit providing building
  blocks to prepare the list of available heat stacks for
  selection.
  The implementation "List Heat Instances" was using a wrong rest
  interface call and the request fails.
  Using the correct REST interface call the function
  implementation is now usable.
