Error description

• On ICO 2.4.0.1, it is not possible to use alias interfaces in
  neutron.
  
  
  On the following page

  which is the neutron scenarios page, we should put in a warning
  saying
  
   "alias interfaces are not supported by neutron"

Problem conclusion

• Note added to ICO 2.4.0.2 documentation stating that neutron
  does not support alias interfaces, this is now referenced on the
  "Neutron Scenarios" page
