Error description

• code for deploying a Heat stack needs to add existents checking
  of descriptions in parameter section. As workaround the
  description must be used in the parameters.

  Heat Support Toolkit (SCOHEAT) and process heat templates

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  If the given heat template does not follow exactly the
  description given in the documentation regarding description of
  parameter a null pointer exception will occur.

  Apply IBM Cloud Orchestrator 2.4 Fixpack 2 when available.

  * PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  The SCOrchestrator Heat Support Toolkit providing building
  blocks to parse tags to make it possible during configuration
  phase to enable descriptions given in UI.
  How to do this in respect of heat template is completely
  described in ICO 2.4 documentation.
  If the customer miss this for some reason the code procesing
  will run into a null pointer exception and stop processinIf an
  image has size zero which is some times the case, even if normal
  situation, an parsing error occurred.
  The building block "Lookup Parameter" contains a sub routine
  called "Parse Tags" where additional checking for descriptions
  in parameters is established to avoid exceptions and give help
  to locate the parameters where this is missing.
