APAR status

  • Closed as documentation error.

Error description

  • Central Server 2 was missing the package 'python-ldap' therefore
the keystone was unable to import module 'ldap' during keystone
startup with LDAP configured.

Check for the package:
rpm -qa |grep -i python-ldap

DOC update.

Local fix

  • Install the package if it is missing.

Problem conclusion

  • Updated the infocenter
(http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS4KMC_2.4.0.1/co

line
- The python-ldap-2.3.10-1.el6.x86_64 rpm must be installed
after
- The bind-utils rpm must be installed.
