Error description

  • When installing a VMware Region Server, the user-ID and password
of the  VCenter administrator is required. In clients
environment the user-ID must be specified as "Domain\Username",
in accordance with MSAD domain/user notation.


The workaround is to pecify the user-id in the following format:
UserID@DomainID.

This must be documented in the Infocenter.
