Error description

• Multi-Tendency Toolkit building block "Get All Public Images"
  only queries single region.
  
  The implementation building block "Get All Public Images" is
  working as designed. This building block should only query the
  public images from a single region.
  
  Customers may develop another building block which queries
  all available regions and loop over the regions and query the
  public images and collect this to a final result of all public
  images from all available regions.
  
  The multi-tendency toolkit documentation lacks this information
  for the provided building blocks which may lead to incorrect
  functional expectation of implementation.
  
  This apar was opened to update the documentation provided in the
  toolkit.

  To find all images for all regions the building block must loop
  over the regions and collect all public images.

  Apply IBM Cloud Orchestrator 2.4 Fixpack 1 when available.

  * PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  The SCOrchestrator Multi-Tenancy Toolkit (SCOMT) providing
  building blocks to show public as well as private images from
  the different available regions.
  Only public images from one region are listed, all other public
  images from other regions are missing and do not get displayed.
  If an image has size zero which is some times the case, even if
  normal situation, an parsing error occurred.
  The building block "Get all Public Images" lacks of
  documentation.
