Error description

  • Make pmr1 primary project for pmrusr
Disabled pmr2 -> pmrusr can still log in
Disabled pmr1, enabled pmr2 -> pmruser cannot log in any more.

Project pmr1 controls this situation. If it is disabled, pmruser
cannot log in any more.
